Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Patients

Patients may cancel a scheduled consultation subject to the following conditions:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time are not eligible for a refund.

To cancel, patients may do so through the My Consultations section of their patient portal at any time before the consultation begins.

Cancellations by Pharmacists

If a pharmacist cancels a scheduled consultation for any reason, the patient will receive a full automatic refund to their original payment method.

MeetRX will notify the patient immediately by email and in-app notification.

No-Shows

If a pharmacist fails to appear for a scheduled consultation without prior cancellation, the patient will receive a full refund.

If a patient fails to appear for a scheduled consultation, the consultation fee is non-refundable.

Completed Consultations

Refunds for completed consultations are not automatically issued. If you believe a completed consultation did not meet reasonable standards, please contact us within 48 hours at support@meetrxapp.com.

MeetRX reviews all requests on a case-by-case basis.

Technical Issues

If a consultation could not be completed due to a technical issue on the MeetRX platform, the patient will be eligible for a full refund or option to reschedule at no charge.

Technical issues caused by the patient's own device or internet connection are not grounds for a refund.

Refund Processing

All approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.

MeetRX does not issue refunds in cash or to alternative payment methods.

Platform Service Fee

MeetRX charges a platform service fee on each completed consultation. This fee is non-refundable in all circumstances.
